Bronze ladies ball teams split their games last week defeating Roscoe 17 to 9 here last Thursday and losing to Ballinger 13 to 55 Friday at Ballinger. They schedule games at Big Lake Thursday and versus Winters here next Monday night.
A masquerade party will be held Friday night by the Longhorn Youth Club in the American Legion building. It starts at 7 30 p m and is open to members by card and guest 10c each. Prizes will go to the kookiest and most attractive boy and girl. The event is open to all members regardless of grade and there is no activity scheduled for Saturday night.
