Bronte Class of 1948 Reunion Highlights Community Ties
The Bronte High School class of 1948 held its annual reunion Saturday July 23 at the G. D. Luckett home with 47 attendees. Old friends recalled times, enjoyed barbecue, games, and a class prophecy read by Mrs. J. B. Arrott. Out-of-town guests joined locals from Bronte and nearby towns for the event. A next reunion date was set for July 24, 1956 at Mrs. Bill Thomas’s home. Also noted were trips to Erick Oklahoma for funeral services of a relative and a potluck hosted by the Art Craft club at the city park with numerous attendees.
