Commissioners Court Adjourns After Monday Session
The Tom Green County Commissioners Court met Monday in regular session. They discussed a refund application for state and county taxes paid over years on land partly in Coke County, reviewed the Neuter Audit Co. audit and treasurer’s quarterly report, and approved $30 for the County Judges and Commissioners Association of Texas as Coke County’s share for the roads program. They did not call a special session to tap surplus funds for farm to market roads or state department costs.
