Monday visitors included Mrs. Mable Myers and family from San Angelo visiting Mr. and Mrs. Tom Green and William. The Ditmore and Derrick families hosted and attended reunions at Caddo State Park and in Andrews. Several residents were hospitalized or traveling, with notes on weddings showers and a fatal obituary mention of Mrs. Mae Little.
Mr and Mrs Jimmy Lawson and their children traveled to Austin and San Antonio last weekend Linda Lawson visited relatives in San Antonio for four weeks and returned home with them Mrs J S Alair attended the Houston wedding of her son Doyle Adair and Miss Sondra Reed Sunday She was accompanied by her grandson Micky Phillips
Brookshire Baptist Church announces a revival meeting to run July 4 through July 13 with Rev. Clinton Eastman of Andrews preaching. Brookshire’s pastor Rev. Johnny J. Brownwood helps lead song service and assist, with Mrs. Martin Lee of Bronte providing piano.
The Bronte Enterprise notes evening services at 7 45 p m and morning services at 10 o clock. The pastor invites all residents to attend the series of services.

Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Shields and daughter Ida Nell return from a ten day Texoma trip with visits in Three Rivers and San Antonio. Mr. and Mrs. Orbie Blair and daughter Florece of Hawthorne California spent the weekend with the O. L. Pittman household.
