Austin Texas January 18 The state health officer urges daily brushing and gum massage and twice yearly dentist visits to prevent decay. He cautions fear of the dentist and neglect of replacements can worsen chewing and health. The proper mouth hygiene requires personal care and cooperation with the family dentist.
Mrs Ruby L Pettit announces her candidacy for Coke County Treasurer in the Democratic Primary. She has lived in the county for about 80 years and cites experience in earning and educating a family. Pettit notes a record of efficient service in a 29 county district and seeks voters’ support.
