Coke County 4 H Food and Project Show Winners
The Coke County 4 H Food and Project Show occurred Saturday at the Recreation and Show Center in Robert Lee. Blue Ribbon entries dominated with first year winners Julia Gran Mary Lara Carrath Metcalf and Sally McCarty and third year victors Dee Anna Key Ollie McCarty Denise Hite and Marty Dunn who will advance to the District Food Show in Sweetwater February 21. Carolyn Collins will carry Coke County to the Project Show at the same event.

A daughter Tiffany Elyse Williams was born to Charles Williams and Ruth of Douglas Arizona on Sunday February 1 at 10 28 a.m. Grandparents are Bob Adams of Bronte and Dave Ruth of Morencia Arizona. Adams family began visiting the day after the birth. Bob returned home Saturday and Waydean stayed to help.
