LVNA Officers to Attend State Board Meeting in Austin

Mrs. Martha McAlister of Bal linger balances Division 58 LVNA presidency and Mrs. Brady Mills of Bronte state LVNA secretary will travel Thursday to Friday board meeting in Austin and Saturday seminar. Mrs. H. C. Murtishaw of Bronte will join for the Saturday session.

Uncle’s 83rd Birthday Celebration at Brownwood

Mrs O L Pittman and Mrs Alene Latham traveled to Brownwood on Sunday to help their uncle R M Virdell celebrate his 83rd birthday. Virdell, a water well driller, remains active but plans retirement due to lack of help. His wife, 81, assists him though the work is becoming too hard for her.
