County PTA Association Meets At Silver School
The County PTA met Tuesday February 7 in the Silver School auditorium starting at 10 and adjourning around 2 40 pm. The meeting opened with a welcome speech by Mrs Holland Hokoon and featured a report on current business with limited speeches and a song titled Onward Christian Soldiers. Speakers included Mrs Ross Weld and other association members. Cornerstones and Catessa Shimer contributed remarks before adjourning.

PTA Course Held At Blackwell In Home Economics Dept
Nolan County PTA council met February 2 in Blackwell for a procedure course in PTA work. Highland and Blackwell schools were represented while Bronte’s C E Arrott was absent. Eight ladies completed the course as fifteen women attended. lunch was prepared and served by home economics girls under Mrs Woodrow Allen.
