A 51st District Court Grand Jury met Monday and returned one indictment. Russell Wayne Jaime Jr. was charged with burglary. Norris Crownover, serving as the new count reporter for the district, observed the session with Judge Earl Smith presiding.

Doctor Arrives In Robert Lee
Thomias E. Marshall, 50, approved Monday as staff physician by West Coke County Hospital District to join Robert Lee hospital staff. He and his wife Carol and daughter Shawn live temporarily on Bobby Roberts' farm south of Robert Lee while awaiting a home purchase. Marshall has 20 years as a physician and surgeon, earned a BA at the University of Minnesota, trained in Kirksville and in Termeld Phoenix. He practiced in Florida, Benson Arizona, and Mesquite before moving. A World War II veteran, he served in the Pacific Theatre and is a member of the American Legion and Mason. He is affiliated with the Lutheran Church.
