District Director Albert G Vaughan of the Immigration and Naturalization Service announced a January reporting rule for aliens in the United States. Except for accredited diplomats and those accredited to international organizations, all aliens must report addresses by January 31 each year. Reporting forms are obtainable at post offices or INS offices, with mail-in reporting now required in addition to prior methods.
