Kickapoo Church Renamed Central Missionary Baptist
Kickapoo Baptist Church at Bronte changes its name to Central Missionary Baptist Church after 58 years of service. Rev Wayne N Stout notes the change is in name only with no shift in doctrine as the Fairfield area group continues with the Fairland Missionary Baptist Association. The church sits in Bronte with a 1955-town sanctuary and a modern educational wing.
