The report details multiple oil tests and discoveries including the Cambrian interval three miles southeast of Blackwell with a 32 barrels per day rate from 5,710 to 5,720 feet and Gardner lime production from 5,343 to 5,388 feet. Farmouts include Hays taking a 125-acre Norton area tract and planning a 4,500-foot test, while Bert Fields reports a new producer at the West Norton Gower Fry field and Garrit M. Smith announces a wildcat near McCutchen field. New drill sites target Cross Cut and Cambrian horizons with plans to drill to 5,300 feet and beyond.
