The Isles of Texas at Robert Lee Oil Field
The 1.A.B. oil field near Robert Lee Texas features 17 earth mounds 9 to 58 feet high over top of wells. A new dam will flood the area to form the Robert Lee Reservoir, while waterflooding will push oil from underground rock up to production wells, potentially doubling recovery and creating a unique lake and recreation site.
