Ledbetter to Succeed Ruble as WT Utilities District Manager
H C Ledbetter will be promoted to district manager of the Ballinger District, succeeding R E Ruble who retires Sept 1 after 14 years in Ballinger. Ruble began with West Texas Utilities in 1928 and held multiple posts including power sales engineer and district manager.
