Bronte High School seniors plan trip and ceremonies
Baccalaureate services will be held May 31 at First Baptist Church with Rev. J E Fuller delivering the sermon. Commencement is June 1 at 8 PM in the Bronte High School auditorium with Dr Noble Armstrong of Sul Ross State College as speaker. Ushers include Ruby Overstreet Rita McCutchen Willian Fletcher and Dean Stevenson.

Fifth grade children from Naseer High School toured Fort Concho Museum fire station Standard Times and Coca-Cola Bottling Co in San Angelo last Friday. Their teachers and a group of mothers accompanied them, including Mrs. Bennett Black Spencer Wilkins and several others.

Bronte Projects Include Play and PTA Meeting
The Junior class begins practicing Aunt Cathie's Cat for an April 30 performance at 8. Proceeds support the Junior-Senior Banquet. Bronte PTA met in the school gym led by Mr. Daniel with special music from the junior high chorus and Rev J E Fuller speaking. The Norton volleyball team visited Bronte and practiced in the gym. Mrs Newman's fourth grade plans a San Angelo trip to visit bus ers and Coca Cola Bottling Co. They expect to return before dismissal.

Coke County Seeks Bid for Motor Grader
Coke County will accept bids May 11, 1953, at the Commissioners' Court for a motor grader not less than 100 horsepower and 22 911 pounds. It must have a six cylinder diesel engine with hydraulic steering booster a steel cab and 13 00 x 24-12 ply tires with tubes both front and rear. Legal county warrants will be issued for payment.
