John Bullock of Bristol dies at 106 years and 7 months at his High Street residence after a long life in town. Born June 4, 1769 in Rehobeth Massachusetts, he moved to Bristol in 1800 and worked for sixty years for James DeWolf. He never drank or used tobacco and voted for Washington and Grant in successive elections.
