Bristol's growth urged toward a more beautiful town

A Bristol correspondent urges the editor to promote orderly town planning and public spaces. He calls for surveys of a small area for water and sewerage, widening streets like Thompson and Usher, planting shade trees, and creating parks. He envisions a northern civic center with a Soldiers Memorial and Guiteras School, while preserving Juniper Hill Cemetery views. He also suggests removing obstructive signboards and possibly rustic bridges to enhance Sibyer Creek.
