Bristol Branch Attacked By Oldest Commuter
Walter Munroe claims Bristol Branch decline stems from local mismanagement and high operating costs charged to passenger service. He cites a five cent fare zone and criticizes C F Caley for blaming declines on employment, bus competition, and car use. He urges residents to attend a Sept 14 hearing at the State House in Providence.
