Armistice plans in Bristol aided by Legion committees

The American Legion Kearney Post No. 6 will have a women’s auxiliary assist in planning the Armistice banquet and ball in Bristol. A joint organization meeting Sunday at Hotel Belvedere will set the site and date for both events. William J. Seymour heads the Legion committee. Arthur Williams Chosen Head of St Andrew's Club

Arthur M. Williams was elected president of St Andrew's Boys Club at St Michael's church succeeding William Pinch Jr. Other officers include L Austin Waitt vice president William C McCaw secretary Thomas Remieres treasurer and executives William Pinch Harold Josephson Earl Rounds and George Paislthorpe. The club voted a five dollar donation to St Andrew's School Barrington for school motion pictures.
