Armistice Day Fund Seeks Public Support For Observance
A local Armistice Day committee formed by the Town Council and Kearney Post of the American Legion appeals to the public for donations to fund the observance. Funds are to balance economy with dignity, with checks accepted at the Phoenix Office or James F Duffy's Store.
