Dr. Herbert Marshall Howe of Philadelphia died Sunday noon at his summer home Ferry Cliff Ferry Hill from acute heart disease. He was 72 or 73, had long locomotor ataxia, and left a broad business legacy with multiple corporate roles. He leaves wife Mary Fell and four daughters, plus four brothers. funeral set for Thursday from 1622 Locust Street Philadelphia.
