A man named Daniel Stevens rode freight to town and climbed a zoo pole after wandering into the bears bear pit at Cleveland zoo. Keepers pulled him from the top as bears eyed him from below. He claimed he sought a place to sleep and mistaken grounds. He fled toward the lions’ den after the incident.
