Death on Worcester railroad claims Bristol man on first run
Frank T. O. Walker of Bristol, 28, was killed in Worcester Mass on his first run as a freight brakeman for the Boston and Albany railroad. He was married four months, survived by wife Sarah Springer, his parents, six sisters and three brothers. He served in the U S Army with distinction in the Philippines and earned a bravery medal. His body was brought back to Bristol for funeral services at 2 p.m. from the Springer home on Chestnut Street.
