Memorial Day Observances and Tragic Death in Bristol
Memorial Day ceremonies proceeded with a full parade from G A R Hall through North Cemetery including the St Marys Fife and Drum Band Bristol Train of Artillery and the Bristol Naval Battalion with remarks by Rev Mr Stowell and Lincoln's Gettysburg Address read by Edith Edwards.
