Welfare fund for soldiers conference in Bristol
An informal meeting Wednesday evening urged rapid organization for a 3 million dollar national welfare program for Army and Navy troops. Admiral Edwards led the session which planned a conference and dinner at Hotel Belvedere to hear speakers on war zone and Mexican border welfare work and methods to contribute.
