Dr. Mathilde Lange of Wheaton College Norton Mass head of biology will speak on her World War experiences at the Rotary Club meeting on Wednesday night at the Belvedere. Ladies Night features two Wheaton students Misses Alice and Harriet Howland from Berlin and a piano solo by Wheaton sophomore. The program ends with a gesture of international friendship as the Howland sisters receive a letter to take to the Rotary Club of Berlin.

Sunday Concert Series Planned by Bristol Train of Artillery Band
The Bristol Train of Artillery Band led by Mrs M Theresa Donovan will give four Sunday afternoon concerts in front of Colt Memorial High School this summer. Col A M Merriman commands the unit which has 31 members. The Bristol School Committee executive sub committee and Chief R J Kavanaugh have approved the plan and police will patrol the grounds during performances. Details of the first concert are to be announced soon.

The Bristol community prepares for poppy sales by American Legion Nuxiliars from Kearney No 6. Food Baskets Distributed by St Rita Helpers
Mrs Vasta L Ruggiero chair of the Share Your Food campaign at St Ritas Club Mt Carmel Church announced that 12 baskets were distributed yesterday to local needy. Since the campaign began a few weeks ago the committee has delivered 50 baskets valued at $1.50 each.
