Massachusetts chapter 671 passed April 28, 1886 adds to chapter 169 of the Public Statutes. It imposes forfeiture penalties on employers who demand a notice of intention to leave from workers and on workers who leave without similar notice, with exceptions for incapacity or misconduct or during labor suspensions.

Chapter 572 amends Section 4 of Chapter 94 of the Public Statutes concerning the taking selling or possession of designated game birds.
