Late Samuel A. Bullock deeded a Union Street house and lot to William Cheetham, a Dr Siegel driver, soon before death. The deed, drawn by ex Town Clerk George H. Peck, was in acknowledgment of Cheetham’s service and kindness in Bullock’s declining years. Unclear if Bullock left a will. relatives may seek to set aside the transfer. Cheetham has hired Judge F H Hammis to protect his interests.
