Industrial park plans dimmed by data gaps in Bristol
A Bristol joint committee halted progress on an industrial park at Minturn Farm due to a lack of legal lease interpretation, subsoil data, and ownership records for upper Franklin Street. Estimates vary from 40 000 to 100 000 dollars for utilities and road work, with a 10 year lease complicating immediate action. The panel nonetheless voted to favor the Franklin street Minturn Farm area and inform the town council.
