Appropriations To Be Voted Upon At Annual Financial Town Meeting
Voters will gather at Patna Theatre on ee street for the annual financial town meeting to discuss appropriations for town departments. Judge Edward L. Leahy will call the meeting to order at 7 30 PM with large attendance expected. The Budget Commission recommendations are expected to be adopted almost in toto, though the Department of Public Aid may require about a $2000 increase to reach roughly $18 441 34 due to a state unemployment relief act issue.
