Pacheco Seeks Sidewalks For Metacom Avenue
Representative Henry W. Pacheco moves a House bill requesting the Rhode Island Department of Public Works install sidewalks on the east side of Metacom Avenue from Chestnut Street to Narrows Road and from Chestnut Street to Tower Street. The plan targets high school students east of Metacom Avenue and carries no appropriation. If approved the measure goes to the state works department for a survey to justify installation.
