Elmer E Angell and four board members were served with a writ of certiorari by Deputy Sheriff Ramon o on order of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. The writ seeks all records from May 16 and May 26 1947 authorizing Minturn Farm as a refuse dump and denying a rehearing, to be certified to the Supreme Court on June 25 1947.
