Graduation exercises last evening at Colt Memorial High School auditorium honored 38 graduates. Rex Edward Holyoke and Robert J Connery addressed the audience while diplomas were presented. Miss M Theresa Sullivan directed music. A day outing to Newport followed by a class banquet at Hotel Belvedere and a Bristol Yacht Club dance capped the celebration.

Browne University hosts a reunion of alumni graduated over 50 years ago under the label 50 years plus. The event featured Former Governor Augustus O. Bourn of class of 1855 guiding the dinner at the L M Carr Company on Angell Street Providence. Attendees from Bristol included Henry Hayes class of 1876 Charles Chase Edward Brownell Clinton Sherman Howard Newman Rex Woodbury Stowell senator D W Coggeshall and John Hackett among others from 187? to 1922 with Munro representing class 1870.
