At a Fifth District Court special session presided by Emilio Iannuccillo clerk, Walter A Halcombe 22 Eric S Broadwell 22 and G M Ward 24 were fined $10 and costs for breaking the plate glass window of James F. Duffy's Confectionary Store. The 1110 unit was apprehended at 2 am for the act measuring 84 by 120 inches.

The first annual Sports Award Night at the Bristol YMCA moved to Wednesday June 26. Anthony E. Agatiello, Athletic Director and event chairman, announced the change. Carlo Carulli prepares dinner served in Rockwell Hall at 5 45 p.m. About seventy five boys will receive awards for YMCA sports achievements from the past year. Baseball films including 1945 World Series will be shown afterward.
