He believes the automobile industry will not suffer from the current readjustment and notes growing use of motor trucks and wider use of passenger cars for business.
The Bureau of War Risk Insurance asks the public for information on a blind ex service man discharged in 1918 who has wandered New England. He is entitled to compensation and insurance payments, and the bureau wants to contact him or his heirs to obtain an application and establish his eligibility. The funeral for Fred H. Nichols age, who died last Sunday at 736 Hope Street, was held Wednesday morning at 109 o clock in Trinity Church. Rev Frank Damrosch Jr rector conducted the services with burial office a solemn requiem and absolution. Choir sang church music. Bearers were Frank and Ephraim Gifford LeRoy Coggeshall and Parker Nichols. Interment at North Cemetery.

June 19 a Saturday evening social dance at the Bristol Yacht Club House hosted under the auspices of the Excelsior Tennis Club inviting members and guests for an evening of music and dancing.
