Adjudged Probably Guilty in Bristol County Murder Case

At a special session of the District Court Judge O L Bosworth adjudged John McKenna probably guilty of the murder of Albert Morris and committed him to Bristol County Jail without bail to await grand jury action in September. Prosecutor Harry P Cross and defense attorney William T O'Donnell handled the case. Three prosecution witnesses testified: Joseph French Ward D Sergeant at the Soldier's Home, Dr W Fred Williams Medical Examiner, and Police Chief John H Morrissey who arrested McKenna.
