Superior Court Hears Many Cases in May Term
The May term of the Superior Court for Providence and Bristol counties met at Bristol Court House with Judge A A Capotesta presiding. Cases included Fred G Perkins versus Interstate Rapid Transit Company settling after testimony. LeClair versus Lafferty defaulted with $99.25 judgment. Nussenfeld versus Hochman settled. Cabral versus Troiano awarded $39,453 for alleged building contract work. Troiano contested the workmanship.
