A 1938 Chevrolet coupe owned by Charles R. Welshman of 186 Washington Road West Barrington was found on Center Street with an empty gas tank. The car was left on the Church Street dock while Welshman stayed on Prudence Island and disappeared when he returned Tuesday afternoon.
