Bristol County Navy Cadet Meeting Promotes Local Squadron
Nearly thirty Bristol County youths attended a Naval Aviation meeting at Kearney Post Home as plans advanced for a Bristol County Squadron. Ensign Edgren led the program with Lt. Carr and others, highlighting nine months of training and pay, plus paths from Chapel Hill to Squantum and Pensacola. Associate members Rex Jones and Lawin were named to assist the Flight Selection Board for New England.
