Four youths arraigned on malicious destruction charges
Pleas of not guilty entered by Thomas Caizzi 17 John DeLucca 21 Frank Bettencourt 23 and Antone Sousa 22 on charges of destroying public property. They were held in 100 bail each for Fifth District Court after being released from Bristol County Jail. Police say the men cut down an elm on Woodlawn avenue Monday and gave the trunk to a friend expecting to use it as a clothes line.
