Water supply issues at town beach and scout camp demand action
A reader highlights deplorable fresh water provisioning at Mount Hope Bay beaches for 4500 people and a scout camp. He notes a mud spring is unusable, 180 gallons were carted daily by town crews, water runs out, and suggests piping from Soldier's Home as a WPA project at an estimated 400 dollars, urging public funding to finish the job soon.
