The Sagamore departed from Constitution Street around 1 pm, viewed the Nero wreck near Bren ton's reef, and reached Stone Bridge Hotel by 5 pm. A two-team baseball game followed with Dimond and Sheldon captains, ending 16 to 6 in favor of Dimond's squad. A Rhode Island clam bake, ample dining, and a return sail to Bristol harbor by 9 pm capped a delightful day on pleasant weather.
