Tailpayers Must Take Nefit Step in School Tailpayers Must Take Nefit Step in School
The building committee voted to ask the town council to call a town meeting to appropriate funds for sewer water and roads for a proposed school site. The town court will hold a special meeting tonight. Dr Russell Bray and William R. Smith led the motion. The Chestnut Street site was reaffirmed as the proposed location after Tuesday's school committee meeting and Wardwell Farms was rejected due to topography traffic and proximity to Minturn Farm Industrial Park. The matter now rests with the townspeople.
