Town debates site for Guiteras Memorial School plans
Four of seven Factory Council members offered views on site and structure for the Elizabeth Wardwell Guiteras Memorial School. Advocates favored East Burial Ground or High Street, while Perry site drew concern for distance from the compact town center. Discussion covered Junior High versus grade school needs and how a new building could relieve crowded facilities.
