Oscar A Ruishe served as toastmaster and introduced Judge Edward L Leahy who gave the principal address. Guests included the Board of Fire Engineers Fire Chief Otto J Alltag and councilmen Paul A Herzig John P Marshall and Francis J Murphy. A program of movies closed the evening with arrangements by John Barry William J Butler and Thomas McGrath.
