The General Relief Committee cites 130 families with 500 children in distress though other needy cases exist. A $5000 fund is launched through the newspaper to help the affected, with stories of individual cases to illustrate needs. Any contribution, large or small, will be used wisely for relief of out of work neighbors.
Rose F Curran executrix presents final account for the estate of Thomas Curran late of Bristol deceased. The court receives and refers the account to February 2 1931 at 10 AM in the Probate Court. Notice to be published weekly for fourteen days in the Bristol Phoenix.
Local society events include the Principess Elena Society fair at Academy Hall and the Bristol Aerie frocking fair at Eagles Hall Makowsky Block. Probate Court session scheduled for Monday at 10:30 AM. Various club meetings, sales at CHIC SHOPPE, and a charity dance raised 140 dollars for the Cabral family. Fire department activities and civic class programs are also noted.
Harriet Nelson Warren age 76 77? dies after months of ill health at 142 High Street. Born in town she resided here a member of St. Michael's Church and parish groups. Survived by sister Ina P. Warren and niece Marion S. Cole. Funeral Sunday from her home with Rev. Anthony R. Parshley. Interment North Cemetery.

Cast included Edward Wilkinson, Louis Codola, Ludwig Gogr on, Eliza Minuto, Mary Réposa, Christina Morris, Frances Vargas, and others with Harold Congdon and Joseph Principe among performers.
