The Bristol harbor pollution appeal from a Board of Purification of Waters order is continued to January 30 by agreement of counsel. State Assistant Attorney General Sigmund W Fischer Jr and Bristol Town counsel will appear before Judge Edward L. Leahy in Supreme Court.

Bristol Residents Attend Funeral of Warren Man
John B Saillant a Warren resident and World War I veteran died at 37. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon with interment at North Cemetery Bristol Neck. A detachment of Batters 243d Coast Artillery RTN¢G from Bristol provided an escort and musketry at the grave. Saillant was manager of the John D Peck Grain Company with operations in Warren and the Franklin Street railroad yards.
