Rehabilitation of Makowsky Block and New Theatre Plan
The Makowsky Block owner Eva Makowsky began rehabilitation and addition of a rear theatre with street line fronts. Plans include extending the first floor eastward, modern show windows, a widened theatre entrance, and a large new backstage and lobby. The project also reuses walls, rebuilds a bulged corner, and offers second floor offices and third floor studios.
