The Bristol Manufacturing Co plans formal lease of about 25 000 square feet at National India Rubber Co plants. Engineering teams prepare layouts to install heavy equipment weighing 25 000 to 100 000 pounds and cement foundations. The operation will occupy two floors of building No 3 and all of No 6 on Wood Street. local labor will supply most workers. President Herbert L. Tinkham leads the firm, incorporated November 15 1933 to produce canvass covered rubber footwear.
