The First Congregational church of Rhode Island will display a collection of colonial communion plate during the Sunday service at 10 45. The collection includes a 1687 silver tankard and two beakers gifted by John Byfield in 1693 made by Boston silversmith John Coney. Pieces date before the American Revolution.
